Board of Directors The 12 strong Board of Directors is responsible for the management of Club affairs and is made up of 6 elected non-executive Directors (elected for three years by the membership on a rotating basis), 3 non elected non-executive Directors (nominated by the Board and annually approved by the AGM) and 3 executive Directors (Chief Executive, Director of Cricket and Finance Director). In addition the President is an ex officio member of the Board. |
