Worcestershire won the toss and elected to bat first at Welbeck Colliery and were all out for 331 off 94.5 overs.
Tom Fell top-scored with 52 off 91 balls, with 8 fours, Martin Weightman scored 50 off 122 balls, with 10 fours, and Alex Hepburn made 46 off 68 balls, with 9 fours.
In reply Nottinghamshire were 15-0 off 7 overs at stumps.
Nottinghamshire were bowled out for 219 off 82.3 overs on the second day at Welbeck Colliery.
Only Brett Hutton (61) scored over 30 runs for the home side whilst for Worcestershire the wickets were taken by Chris Russell (3-46 off 20 overs), Martin Weightman (3-52 off 17 overs), Charlie Morris (2-43 off 22.3 overs) and Brett D’Oliveira (1-40 off 15 overs).
Worcestershire, in their second innings, ended the day on 117-2 off 28 overs, leading by 229 runs, with Tom Fell unbeaten on 68 off 90 balls, with 11 fours, and Tom Kohler-Cadmore making 40.

Needing 357 runs to win Nottinghamshire were never likely to chase and eventually the two teams shook hands with the home side on 165-4 off 55 overs.
