The Friends Life t20 match against Lancashire at New Road was abandoned without a ball being bowled with both sides taking one point each.

Persistent rain throughout the day ensured that there was no possibility of the match being played and the umpires abandoned the match at 2:30pm. It was the second Sunday in succession there has been a t20 wash out at New Road.
