Worcestershire lost their 2nd XI Trophy match against Leicestershire by 5 wickets at Grace Road.
Rain meant that the start was delayed but it eventually cleared and play got underway at 3:15pm, with the match reduced to 18 overs per side.
Worcestershire were put into bat and scored 139-8 off their 18 overs, with Neil Pinner top-scoring with 62 off 41 balls, with 7 fours, with Oliver Law (19) and Tom Fell (11) the only other batsmen to get into double figures.
In reply Leicestershire reached 140-5 off 16.4 overs, with Tom Wells scoring 58 off 43 balls, with 8 fours and 2 sixes, with contributions from Lewis Hill (27) and Harry Bush (21). The wicket-takers for Worcestershire were David Lucas (2-19), Pinner (1-15), Joe Leach (1-19) and Chris Russell (1-25).
Worcestershire are still top of the Northern group, with 11 points from 8 matches, and will be away to Durham in their final group match.
