The first SEt20 match between Warwickshire and Worcestershire at Berkswell was abandoned without a ball being bowled due to the bad weather from the previous day.
The weather remained largely dry, with one brief shower in the afternoon, and following two inspections the second match was played with Worcestershire winning by 70 runs.
In a 13-over match starting at 4pm Worcestershire lost both Jack Manuel (0) and Steve Leach (0) in the first over, with the score on 1-2. Neil Pinner (10) was the third wicket to fall, with the score on 33-3, but Ben Cox and Matt Pardoe took control by making an unbroken fourth-wicket partnership of 82 in 7.1 overs as the visitors ended on 115-3, with Cox unbeaten on 65 off 43 balls, with 7 fours and 4 sixes, and Pardoe unbeaten on 32 off 18 balls, with 3 fours and 2 sixes.

Worcestershire currently lead their group, with 7 points from 6 games, one point ahead of Glamorgan and two points ahead of Warwickshire who both have games in hand. Worcestershire's final group matches take place next Monday against Gloucestershire at Bristol.
