DAY 1
Worcestershire were 200-5 after the first day of their four-day friendly match against Warwickshire at Barnt Green.
Worcestershire won the toss and chose to bat when play got underway at 2:30pm, following a delay to a wet outfield, but lost Tom Fell for 0 in the second over. Tom Kohler-Cadmore (8), Steve Leach (19), Khalid Sawas (27) and Shaaiq Choudhry (17) were the next four victims as Worcestershire were reduced to 122-5 after 35 overs but then Brett D'Oliveira led a recovery as, along with Ollie Steele, their unbeaten sixth-wicket partnership of 78 took the home side to 200-5 off 59 overs at stumps.
D'Oliveira was unbeaten on 77 off 117 balls, with 4 fours, and Steele was unbeaten on 32 off 86 balls, with 2 fours.
DAY 2
No play was possible on the second day at Barnt Green due to the wet weather.
DAY 3
For the second successive day the wet weather meant that no play was possible on the third day at Barnt Green.
DAY 4
Worcestershire won their friendly match against Warwickshire by 155 runs on the fourth and final day at Barnt Green.
Resuming their first innings on 200-5 Brett D'Oliveira and Ollie Steele added a further 100 runs for Worcestershire before they declared on 300-5 off 77.5 overs, with D'Oliveira unbeaten on 119 off 165 balls, with 6 fours, and Steele unbeaten on 85 off 151 balls, with 6 fours.
Both teams then forfeited an innings to leave Warwickshire needing 301 runs to win off a minimum of 75 overs and Jack Shantry took two wickets before lunch, with Warwickshire on 55-2 off 16 overs. Then after lunch Shantry struck twice more to leave the visitors on 56-4 and despite Freddie Coleman making 36 Warwickshire lost wickets at regular intervals and they were eventually bowled out for 145 off 49 overs.
Shantry ended up with 4-26 off 12 overs with the other wickets taken by Charlie Morris (2-26 off 5 overs), Shaaiq Choudhry (2-4 off 4 overs), David Lucas (1-16 off 8 overs) and Nick Harrison (1-19 off 10 overs).
