Shaaiq Choudhry will captain Worcestershire Seconds in two T20 matches against Cardiff MCCU at Bromsgrove Cricket Club on Friday.
The county spinner has just returned to action after a month side-lined with a side strain and played in the second of matches against Somerset Seconds at Taunton Vale on Wednesday.
Second Eleven coach Kevin Sharp, who is also the county's batting coach, has named a 12 man squad. It includes Joe Clarke, Tom Kohler-Cadmore, Brett D'Oliveira, Alex Hepburn, Ed Barnard, Graeme Whiles and Chris Russell who all featured in one or both of the games against Somerset.
There will also be a first appearance for Leon Patel and a second game for Liam Smith.
