Joe Clarke finished as Worcestershire Seconds leading run-scorer and top of the batting averages in three-day and four-day matches during the 2014 season.
The England Under-19 wicket-keeper accumulated an impressive 735 runs from seven appearances at an average of 66.82.
Clarke, who recently extended his contract until the end of the 2016 season, hit 222 against MCC Young Cricketers – the highest score by a Worcestershire batsman in the Second Eleven Championship.
Brett D'Oliveira showed encouraging form with bat and ball for the Seconds.
He was second highest run-scorer with 573 at an average of 33.71 and second highest wicket-taker with 20 at 32.55 apiece.
D'Oliveira has also signed a new two year deal at New Road.
