Worcestershire wicket-keeper Joe Clarke admits he would eager to return and play for another winter with South Perth CC.
Clarke finished top of South Perth's batting averages and, in the Western Australian Cricket Association first grade, he scored 505 runs at an average of 50.50 with one century – a superb 140 against Joondalup – and six fifties from 13 innings in addition to holding 15 catches.
In all cricket, the England Under-19 player amassed 793 runs at an average of 44.06 with one hundred and nine half centuries and claimed 21 catches.
South Perth CC Director of Cricket Dirk Bevilaqua has already indicated he would like Clarke to experience a second spell with the club.
But Clarke will be guided by Worcestershire's Director of Cricket, Steve Rhodes, and the county's fitness and conditioning coach, Ross Dewar.
Clarke said: "I'd love to go back to Australia and the way they way they play their cricket – and the lifestyle – is great.
"But it's whether Bumpy (Rhodes) and Dewsy feel whether it's the best thing for my cricket and strengthening and conditioning work.
"I'd trust them to make the right decision for me."
