Worcestershire CCC Academy went down by an innings and 48 runs to their Leicestershire CCC counterparts in a Tri-Series match at Uppingham School.
The County were dismissed for 150 from 59.4 overs in their first innings after resuming on 23-4 and, following on, were bowled out for 207 in 62.4 overs with a day to spare.
Worcestershire were indebted to an unbeaten 65 in their first innings from Alex Coates after they had been 53-8 at one stage.
He struck eight fours in his 93 ball nock and added 64 for the last wicket in 20 overs with George McCormick (16).
It followed on from his three wickets after Leicestershire had totalled 405-8 declared on the opening day.
When they followed on, Worcestershire again lost early wickets despite 40 from Mahaaz Ahmed who was fifth out at 67.
But numbers seven to 11 added a further 140 runs.
Billy Cox made 29 and then Ryan Wheldon, who top scored with 42, added 47 for the seventh wicket with Coates (22)
