Just 200 Tickets Left As Rapids Versus Bears Is Close To Being A Sell-Out

Just 200 Tickets Left As Rapids Versus Bears Is Close To Being A Sell-Out

Worcestershire Rapids eagerly anticipated NatWest T20 Blast clash with Birmingham Bears is close to being a July 15 sell-out.

General Manager Jon Graham reports that only 200 tickets are left – and they are expected to be snapped up in the next 48 hours.

The meeting with the Bears is always one of the highlights of the season and the Rapids will be looking to complete a double over their local rivals.

Graham said: "The message is if you want a ticket for the Bears game, buy now because there are only 200 left and we expect those to be sold within the next 48 hours.

"We always get healthy T20 Blast crowds but the Bears clash is THE fixture and it will be the hottest ticket in town on July 15.

"To virtually sell out, with the game still the best part of three weeks away, shows the interest that the fixture awakens.

"People are already talking about that game and the team has overall been playing great cricket and are challenging once again for a quarter-final spot.

"The Watershed is already sold out and basically all of the corporate hospitality is pretty much gone."
