Kohler-Cadmore’s Side Chalk Up Fifth Win On The Trot Down Under

Tom Kohler-Cadmore's side, Penrith Dragons, continued their fine form with a fifth successive win in all competitions against home side Fairfield-Liverpool in the Sydney Grade Cricket first grade competition.

Penrith followed up qualifying for the semi-finals of the McDonald’s First Grade Limited Overs Cup with a three wicket wicket success in a low scoring encounter.

The visitors won the toss and put Fairfield into bat – after the first day of the game had been washed out last weekend – and they were bowled out for 92 in 53.3 overs.

Kohler-Cadmore was not called upon to bowl and held onto one catch.

The Worcestershire batsman opened for Penrith in reply and was second out with 32 on the board.

He was run out for 16 made off 30 balls.

Wickets continued to fall at regular intervals to keep the game in the balance but 15 not out from M. Halse saw Penrith over the winning line.

Their quintet of victories have come against Gordon CC, Randwick-Petersham, Western Suburbs, Blacktown and now Fairfield-Liverpool.
