Only 40 tickets remain unsold for Worcestershire CCC's final event of their 150th Anniversary Year – the Gatsby New Year's Eve Ball in the Graeme Hick Pavilion.
And the message is 'buy now to avoid disappointment' at a glittering function which will also introduce the beginning of skipper Daryl Mitchell's Benefit Year 2016.
Numbers are being limited to avoid over-crowding to just 150 for what promises to be a night to remember after a memorable 12 months celebrating a momentous year in the County's proud history.
The Hick Pavilion will be decked out 1920’s style and tickets, which cost £85, include cocktails, canapes, a three course carved banquet, fireworks and live music from The Jazz Spivs.
And once the New Year has been celebrated at midnight, there will be an auction with lots of 'money can't buy' items for sale.
It is an occasion not to miss and tickets can be purchased on line via the Worcestershire CCC official website, by calling into the club offices in The View at New Road or via phone on 01905 337940.
Worcestershire CCC Commercial Director Jon Graham said: "It is good that the final function of the club's 150th Anniversary Year is going as well as all the others.
"It is the first time we've held a major New Year's Eve function for a long, long time, certainly on this scale.
"We are limiting numbers to 150 to avoid over-crowding even though we could probably sell another 100 tickets on top of that as we come up to New Year.
"We are not going to do that so the message is 'get in now if you want to come.' People do tend to leave New Year to the last minute but we are getting bookings on line every day and once they are gone, they are gone."
Anyone who buys on-line when the club offices are shut for Christmas will be contacted directly by a member of staff with an acknowledgment of their order and they will be added to the guest list for New Year's Eve.
Graham said: "We are all ready to go. We've partnered up with a local company to dress up the room in 1920s style and we are really looking forward to it.
"Also not forgetting that as soon as we get to midnight it will be start of Mitch's benefit year and there will be a few 'money can't buy' items you can bid on and take away in the auction."
Graham said that the County intend to stage a similar event next December. He said: "Given the popularity of it, this time next year we will be doing something similar."
