Pepsi Hits Century For Seconds After Cessford Claims Five Wickets

Tom Kohler-Cadmore continued his good form with a century for Worcestershire Seconds on the second day of the four-day friendly clash with Warwickshire Seconds at Barnt Green.

Kohler-Cadmore, who is nicknamed 'Pepsi' by his team-mates, had scored his first half century in the LV = County Championship during last week's 234 run win over Leicestershire at Grace Road.

The Malvern College product reached three figures just before the close as Worcestershire finished on 281-1 from 58 overs in reply to Warwickshire's 497 all out on a flat pitch.

Matt Pardoe, who has played in all nine County Championship matches this season, and Richard Oliver were also amongst the runs.

Warwickshire resumed on 366-5 and paceman Graeme Cessford, who had been the pick of the Worcestershire bowlers on the opening day, picked up three more wickets to finish with 5-91 from 34 overs.

His victims included Jonathon Webb who was 127 not out overnight but added only eight more runs before being trapped lbw by Cessford.

Kohler-Cadmore and Pardoe opened the Worcestershire reply and figured in a stand of 130 in 32 overs.

Ateeq Javid claimed Warwickshire's only success of the day in dismissing Pardoe for 64 off 88 balls with eight fours.

Kohler Cadmore was joined by Oliver, who recently signed a contract until the end of the 2015 season, and they shared an unbroken partnership of 151 in just 26 overs.

Oliver made a run a ball 84 with 16 fours and Kohler-Cadmore finished on exactly 100 from 185 deliveries with 12 boundaries.
