Worcestershire Rapids and Birmingham Bears fans have the chance to name a new trophy that the West Midlands rivals will contest at each NatWest T20 Blast fixture.
Members and supporters of both teams have the chance to submit names before Friday 13 May 2016 via our Facebook and Twitter pages. The fan that picks the chosen name will then have the chance to present the new trophy to the winners of the first NatWest T20 Blast meeting between the Bears and the Rapids at Edgbaston on Friday 27 May 2016.
Daryl Mitchell, Captain of Worcestershire Rapids, said “The Bears NatWest T20 match is the first one we look out for when the fixtures are released. The atmosphere during these matches is amazing and it’s always one we look forward too.
“I think the new trophy is a great idea and I’m sure our avid fans will think of a great name for it”
The Worcestershire Rapids will take on the Birmingham Bears on Friday 15th July at New Road.
