Leach collected three more scalps against Notts to move onto the 40 mark from just seven matches.
On the batting front, two more sizeable contributions from Tom Fell have cemented his position as Worcestershire's leading LV = CC run-getter.
He has amassed 658 runs at an average of 43.87 with two centuries and three fifties in his 15 innings to date.
Ben Cox (474) and skipper Daryl Mitchell (457), after his heroic second innings effort at Trent Bridge, are the next highest accumulators.
