Skipper Joe Leach is delighted with the contributions "from numbers one to eleven" in the Worcestershire side at present.
Leach says a real team effort has been responsible for the County's flying start to the campaign in the Specsavers County Championship and Royal London One-Day Cup.
Worcestershire have won all four Championship matches for the first time since 1964 with the latest being the eight wicket success over Northamptonshire inside three days at Wantage Road.
That has followed on from topping the North Group in the One-Day Cup and sealing a money-spinning home quarter-final against Yorkshire Vikings or Surrey on June 17.
Leach, who has taken 26 Championship wickets, said: "We are turning up at the moment, we are playing such good cricket, we don't care who we play, where we play, what (surface) we play on.
"We will give it a good crack and thankfully at the moment, games mean wins.
"I'm really happy with numbers one to eleven at the moment and loads of people are chipping in.
"We are a team. We've said that all along and it's good for us that the whole team are contributing."
Worcestershire were unable to hang onto a couple of half chances in the field during Northants second innings at Wantage Road.
But Leach said: "To string together four games like we have – and for those (half chances) to be the only obvious things that spring to mind – is very impressive at this stage of the season.
"Role on Sussex (at Hove) on Friday and the hard work starts again."
