Stourbridge can look forward to hosting seven days of Worcestershire Academy cricket before the end of the 2015 campaign.
Worcestershire CCC Academy coach Elliot Wilson has stressed their desire to reignite links between the county and the Black Country.
The Academy will be in action in three matches – one three-day and two two-dayers – at Stourbridge between now and the conclusion of the season.
Next week they will take on Lincolnshire Under-25s (July 21-23) and then next month will do battle with Northamptonshire Under-19s (August 10-11).
The trio of Stourbridge games will be completed with a match against Worcestershire CCC Seconds (August 24-25).
Stourbridge regularly staged Worcestershire first team games for many seasons and up until the 1990s still hosted Second Eleven matches.
Meanwhile, Wilson has praised the progress being made by members of the Academy intake, several of whom have already tasted second team cricket under coach Kevin Sharp.
He said: "The impressive thing is that there are guys in the programme who are not only performing in their school enviroment and their age group but also been impressive in their second team enviroment.
"We know a little bit about Josh Tongue, who played a lot of second team cricket this year, George Scrimshaw played, Oli Westbury this week had a very impressive second team debut, and then we've had other debutants like Josh Dell, Darrel Williams and Will Fraine and Pat Brown.
"They are all moving in a real positive direction and then there are another tier of guys there who are unlucky not to have played because they are equally as strong and have got a real chance of playing as the summer goes on.
"Kevin and I are really keen that these guys get an opportunity because we fundamentally believe they are good enough."
