Tickets and hospitality packages went on sale this morning at 9am for Worcestershire Rapids Royal London One-Day Cup semi-final at New Road on Saturday, June 17.

Demand for tickets is expected to be high with the Rapids facing either Yorkshire Vikings or Surrey in the 50 over clash in just over four weeks time.

Members can purchase tickets for £25 and non-members for £30 with juniors or junior members able to buy tickets for £10.

A hospitality package for the McMinn Marquee costs £60 and the The View top floor VIP package is available for £90.

Excitement is already mounting at New Road for what will be Worcestershire's first semi-final for 13 years.

The message is buy your ticket ASAP to avoid disappointment.

The Rapids made sure of a home tie in the semi-finals after topping the North Group with 13 points from their eight games.

Current Director Of Cricket Steve Rhodes and Assistant Coach-Bowling Coach Matt Mason both played in the last semi-final in 2004 – a 41 run win over Warwickshire in the C and G Trophy at Edgbaston.

Now the duo will be looking to steer the Rapids through to a Lord's final.
