Worcestershire CCC first year professionals Josh Tongue and Ben Twohig are included in the squad for the County's pre-season tour of Abu Dhabi.
Paceman Tongue and spinner Twohig – both members of the England Development Programme – are part of a 17 strong squad.
The pair have both graduated from the Worcestershire CCC Academy and signed two year contracts which got underway on October 1.
Director of Cricket Steve Rhodes said: "Josh Tongue is a good lad, he is a good all-rounder, he can bat, he can bowl, he has got movement in the air and reasonable control for a 17-year-old seamer.
"He is one that might surprise quite a lot of people.
"And young Ben Twohig, 17-year-old as a left arm spinner, they often say that spinners mature very late but he will push and we are hopeful he can take lots of wickets in the second team and push his way in."
Worcestershire are playing a series of T20, 50 over and red ball cricket matches against Essex, Warwickshire and Derbyshire before flying back on March 15.
The quartet of Worcestershire players in action in Australia this winter – Tom Kohler-Cadmore, Tom Fell, Alex Hepburn and George Rhodes – will fly back home by March 1 to fly out with the rest of the party three days later.
Brett D'Oliveira and Chris Russell, who have spent the winter playing in South Africa, will also rejoin the squad in time to travel to the UAE.
