Worcestershire County Cricket Club is delighted to announce another exciting golf day at Sapey Golf Club on Friday 6th May 2016. Listers Audi Worcester will again be headline sponsor for the day following their sponsorship of the hugely successful event held by the Club at the course in 2015 as part of the 150th Anniversary celebrations, in addition to sponsoring the back of the County Championship shirt for that landmark campaign.
The Rowan Course at Sapey features 18 holes on 6,003 yards set high in the rolling hills of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire border, which provide a stunning backdrop for the day and, combined with its challenging par of 69, make it a delight for all guests who will also have complimentary use of the Putting Green for the duration.
Guests will be welcomed with a goody bag on arrival as tea, coffee and bacon rolls are served in the clubhouse before action commences with a shotgun start at 1pm, incorporating competitions for Longest Drive and Nearest The Pin. The afternoon’s play will be followed by a delicious three-course dinner, with a raffle in aid of youth cricket also taking place on the evening.
A team of four costs just £295 plus VAT, whilst limited opportunities are also available for a team of three to play with one of the Worcestershire CCC players. Sponsorship opportunities are also available from as little as £100 plus VAT.
