We have now set out three options for 2020 Season Membership including the default option of switching your Membership and becoming an ‘Exclusive 2020 Member’ to show your support for your club during these unprecedented times whilst offering a range of additional benefits in return.
The Exclusive 2020 Member category will include a new Digital Subscription Package which will be packed full of content, and can be accessed on a range of devices anywhere in the world. To take up this option you do not need to do anything.
Other options include Rollover membership to 2021 or pro-rata reimbursement at the conclusion of the 2020 season. To take up these options you need to inform us by 15th July 2020.
All three options are available to all 2020 Membership Categories and T20 Season Pass holders. Life Members will be automatically given Exclusive 2020 Member benefits.
Option One: Become an Exclusive 2020 Member
You will receive all of the following:
1. A 2020 Digital Subscription Package.
2. Get 25% discount on your 2021 Membership Renewal.
3. A plaque within Blackfinch New Road recognising your support.
4. An invite to a Sporting Legends event in 2021 to include a special commemorative gift on the day.
5. Name printed on Sporting Legends event shirts.
To take up this option, you do not need to do anything and your membership will be updated to reflect this automatically on 15 July 2020.VIEW DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE DETAILS
Option Two: Rollover
Members can choose to rollover their Membership to the 2021 season.
To rollover your Membership to 2021, please fill out the Membership rollover form online before Wednesday 15 July 2020.
When choosing this option, your 2020 membership will be cancelled and be replaced with a 2021 Membership.APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP ROLLOVER
Option Three: Reimbursement
Members will be able to receive a pro-rata reimbursement of Membership fees at the conclusion of play in the 2020 season.
To apply for this option you will need to contact the Ticket Office from Monday 8 June on 01905 337921. The deadline for reimbursement applications is Wednesday 15 July 2020.
Refunds will then be processed at the conclusion of the 2020 season.
