Worcestershire Rapids home NatWest20 Blast encounter with Durham Jets will get underway at 4.30pm this afternoon.
Umpires Mark Benson and Martin Bodenham made a further inspection at 3.40pm and gave the thumbs up to a match of 13 overs per side.
Heavy overnight and morning rain had prevented play from getting underway at the scheduled 2.30pm start.
But sterling work by the groundstaff ensured a game of reduced overs could go ahead.
Worcestershire will be seeking a fourth successive win after last night's five wicket success over Leicestershire Foxes at Grace Road.
They will also be looking to gain revenge for a 29 run defeat at the hands of the Jets in the opening T20 Blast match of the summer.
