Saeed Ajmal has spoken for the first time via social networking since withdrawing from Pakistan's World Cup squad last week.
The spinner, who enjoyed a successful spell with Worcestershire last season, has been remodelling his bowlng action after it was reported during the Sri Lanka-Pakistan Test in Galle in August.
He has been banned from international cricket by the ICC since September and has been remodelling his action under the supervision of former Pakistan spinner Saqlain Mushtaq.
The 37-year-old has also undergone two unofficial ICC tests at the biomechanics centre at Loughborough and played two matches for Pakistan 'A' against Kenya.
But he had needed to pass an official ICC test to get clearance to play in the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand in February.
Ajmal tweeted: "My every decision has been and will be in the best interest of Pakistan and team Pakistan.
"I want to reassure my fans that I am in good hands and my best interest is being looked after.
"The PCB Chairman and the Board has been most supportive in this difficult time for me
"Dunya News story on PCB denying my desire for official testing is baseless (unfounded)."
Ajmal is now working on his action at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore with Saqlain and the NCA coaches.
Worcestershire Director of Cricket Steve Rhodes has indicated his desire to re-sign Ajmal for the 2015 season should his remodelled action be approved by the ICC.
