Worcestershire 2017 NatWest T20 Blast overseas signing, Mitchell Santner, is rapidly climbing the official ICC bowling rankings in white ball cricket.
The New Zealand all-rounder has moved up to 18th spot in the T20 ladder and 35th in the ODI table.
His tally of 607 points in T20Is and 523 in ODIs are both his highest ever totals in those two formats of the game.
Santner, 25, will link up with Worcestershire for a second time at the conclusion of the ICC Trophy in June.
He has just played a key role for the Black Caps in their 2-0 win over Australia in the home ODI series with 3-44 in the first game and 2-50 and 38 not out in the third match.
Moeen Ali's fine performances in the recent T20I series in India have seen the Worcestershire all-rounder move up to 46th in the ICC bowling charts with 506 points – his best haul.
The 29-year-old returned figures 2-21, 1-20 and 0-30 and was England's most economical bowler.
He is 24th in the ODI bowling rankings with 558 points having achieved his best figure of 610 in February 2016.
In Test cricket Moeen is occupying 30th position in both the batting (627 points) and bowling (498 points).
But he is the fifth best Test all-rounder with only number one Ravichandran Ashwin, ex Worcestershire player Shakib Al Hasan, Ravindra Jadeja and Ben Stokes ahead of him.
