Josh Dell is included in the Worcestershire Seconds squad for the Championship match with Durham beginning at Maiden Castle tomorrow (Monday).

The County batsman scored 61 on his Specsavers County Championship debut against Durham at Blackfinch New Road before making way for Callum Ferguson when he became available.

Dell has since played in the last five Specsavers County Championship matches with a top score of 36 in the first innings against Glamorgan at Cardiff.

Earlier in the season he scored a superb 131 not out for the Seconds in the Championship fixture against Lancashire at Northern CC.

All-rounder Ed Bragg, who scored 92 and took six wickets for Worcestershire Under-17s against Devon last week, is also part of the squad.

Left arm paceman Alex Wilkinson, who has played three first class games for Oxford MCCU and also Minor Counties cricket for Herefordshire, gets another opportunity.

Alex Milton will captain the side and keep wicket. He and Nick Hammond both scored centuries to earn the Seconds a fighting draw in the previous Championship match with Leicestershire at Stourbridge.

The Seconds will remain in Durham after the completion of the Championship game to play two T20s at Burnopfield CC on Thursday.
