ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBERS

Further to the recent notice on 28th November 2019 , no applications for nomination were received by the revised due date of 6th January 2020 per Rule 19.4. Given that Meriel Harris is required to stand down according to rule 17.7, the Board proposes to fill that position as well as an already existing casual vacancy by adopting Rule 17.5, such appointments to be subject to approval of the Nominations Committee and confirmed by members at the 2020 AGM.
