Worcestershire CCC Academy Coach, Elliot Wilson, will be the guest speaker at Worcestershire Cricket Society’s Annual General Meeting.
It will take place in the Graeme Hick Pavilion tomorrow evening (Tuesday April 30), starting at 7pm.
Elliot has overseen the development of many players from Academy to senior team level since replacing the late Damian D’Oliveira in the role five years ago.
He will be detailing what his work involves before participating in a Question and Answer session with Worcestershire members.
Society Members will be asked to approve the election of interim chairman, Richard Shaw, as the permanent replacement for Mike Vockins
Mike, who remains the Society’s President, stood down from the chairman’s post during the winter.
Members will also be asked to approve the election of a new Society committee member in Chris Brind – proposed by Mike Hitchings and seconded by Tricia Dyson.
