Fell And Kohler-Cadmore Guest Speakers At Cricket Society Evening

Worcestershire batting duo Tom Fell and Tom Kohler-Cadmore will be the guest speakers when the Worcestershire Cricket Society resume their winter cricket evenings in the Graeme Hick Pavilion next Tuesday (January 13) at 7.30pm.

Flatmates Fell and Kohler-Cadmore both broke into the county side on a regular basis last summer and helped Worcestershire gain promotion to Division One of the LV = County Championship.

Fell scored his first Championship centuries against Leicestershire and Glamorgan and was Worcestershire's leading run-scorer in the Royal London One-Day Cup with four half centuries in seven innings.

Kohler-Cadmore was given his opportunity after impressing during the pre-season tour of Abu Dhabi and came close to his maiden Championship century with 99 in the home fixture with Leicestershire.

He had set a new run-scoring record for Malvern College in 2013 with 1409 runs.

The pair are both products of the flourishing Worcestershire Academy and signed contract extensions towards the end of last season.

A reminder that author and Radio Five Live journalist-broadcaster Pat Murphy will be the guest speaker on Tuesday, February 10 with Isabelle Duncan, author of ‘Skirting The Boundary’ – a history of women’s cricket, completing the Society's winter programme on Tuesday, March 10.

Non Cricket Society members are welcome to attend at a cost of £3 per evening.
