Worcestershire batsman Tom Fell is hoping to win TWO relegation battles by the end of the 2015 campaign.
Fell is Worcestershire's leading run-scorer in the LV = County Championship this summer and remains optimistic the County can win their final two games away to Durham and at home to Middlesex and survive in Division One.
But whenever County commitments permit, Fell also plays as regularly as he can for Wolverhampton in the Birmingham and District Premier League Premier Division – the team he has played for since his junior days.
They are also battling to avoid the drop and yesterday Fell scored 78 to help them overcome visiting fellow strugglers Brockhampton by 12 runs and move out of the bottom two.
He hit six fours and a six in his 112 ball innings out of Wolverhampton's 241-3 in 50 overs and then Brockhampton were bowled out for 229 off the last ball of their innings.
Now Fell and Wolverhampton need to win their last game away to Barnt Green next weekend to guarantee stay up.
Fell said: "Wolves are scrapping down the bottom of the table as well and it is pretty important that I play.
"I've been there since I've been really young and my loyalty is always going to be there with Wolves so, whenever Worcestershire commitments allow, I always make myself available.
"I turn up and try and do a job. It hasn't been a great year for me with them so far overall but we went into the last two games needing to win them both to see if we can stay in the Premier League."
Worcestershire duo, spinner Ben Twohig (3-50) and paceman Chris Russell (2-50), were amongst the wickets for Wolverhampton against Brockhampton.
