There's not long to go now before Worcestershire fans will find out the fixture list for the 2015 season – and life back in Division One of the LV = County Championship.

The latest indication is that the dates and opposition for next season will be released publicly on or close to November 27.

The counties will receive provisional lists approximately 10 days before that and then any possible minor alterations will be decided upon before the final lists are made public.

Worcestershire fans already can look forward to the four-day tour game with New Zealand which will take place at New Road from May 14 to 17 and the women's Ashes Royal London One-Day international on July 26.

But the Championship games with local rivals Warwickshire and Division One champions Yorkshire are just two fixtures that will be eagerly anticipated in just under three weeks time.

Meanwhile Derbyshire will again provide part of the opposition when Worcestershire return to Abu Dhabi as part of their pre-season preparations in March.

The two sides featured in 50 over, T20 and a two-day game at the same destination ahead of the 2014 campaign.

Worcestershire will fly out on March 4 and return on March 14 with a potential eight days cricket scheduled. Further opponents will be announced when confirmed.
