Alex Hepburn's side, Willetton Dragons, were denied the chance to force outright victory against Tom Fell's club, Mount Lawley, after rain forced an early finish to their Western Cricket Association first grade match.
Hepburn's unbeaten 34 last weekend had been largely responsible for the Dragons securing first innings points and a lead of 13 runs in a low-scoring affair.
Mount Lawley resumed on 74-2 in their second innings – 61 ahead and with the match seemingly evenly poised.
But three wickets fell for the addition of just 24 runs and Mount Lawley were struggling at 98-5 when the heavens opened and ended the contest.
It was a similar scenario for George Rhodes' side, North Canberra Gungahlin.
They had been due to begin a two-day ACT Premier Cricket first grade match today away to Tuggeranong Valley.
But no play was possible and now the match will become a one-day contest on February 6.
The Northies went into the weekend occupying fourth spot in the eight team table while Tuggeranong are currently second from bottom.
