Just One Place Left For Cricket Society Trip To London

Just One Place Left For Cricket Society Trip To London

It’s less than a month now until the Worcestershire Cricket Society two-day trip to London – and there is just one place remaining.

Organiser Mike Hitchings reports that 52 of the 53 places for the April 8-9 excursion – incorporating tours of Wimbledon, Lord’s and Wembley – have been snapped up.

Mike reports that everyone has fully paid up the £200 cost for the trip on a 53 seater executive coach.

If you would like to take advantage of the 53rd and final place then please contact Mike via 07979 464715 (phone), mikehitchings@aol.com (email), or 34 Derwent Drive, Mitton, Tewkesbury, Glos.GL20 8BB (post).

Incorporated in the price is evening meal and breakfast at the Danubius Regent Park hotel, which is located next to Lord’s, the cost of the coach and driver’s tip, entry fee to Wimbledon, Lord’s and Wembley, plus a meal at RAF Hendon.

It follows on from the 2015 visit to Manchester which incorporated a trip to Emirates Old Trafford – with some members also visiting the nearby famous football ground of the same name.

Then last April a three day trip included visits to the 1st Central County Ground, Hove, and the Ageas Bowl plus Portsmouth and the New Forest.
