Kohler-Cadmore Three Quarters Of Way To Initial Cancer Research Target

Kohler-Cadmore Three Quarters Of Way To Initial Cancer Research Target

Tom Kohler-Cadmore is more than three quarters of the way to reaching his initial target after having his head shaved to raise money for Cancer Research and in support of Worcestershire team-mate Tom Fell.

Kohler-Cadmore, who scored a brilliant hundred this week against Essex, had hoped to bring in £5,000 for Cancer Research and already the latest figures show that £3,786 has been donated.

Donations have continued to pour in since Tom had his head shaved on the outfield in front of the Hick Pavilion on Sunday morning on day one of the Specsavers County Championship clash with Kent.

Fell is currently undergoing chemotherapy in his battle to overcome cancer and last week had the third of three courses of treatment.

Kohler-Cadmore is a house-mate and close friend of Fell and wanted to raise money to help in the fight to eventually conquer the disease.

He said: "I am so delighted that the donations are continuing to come in and to raise nearly £3,800 within the first month is brilliant news.

"I set an initial target of £5,000 and the response has been fantastic and thank you to everyone who has donated.

"I intend to keep this going all season and am having my head shaved every week."
