All-rounder Joe Leach is top of the batting averages and second in the bowling averages for Worcestershire after five matches in the LV = County Championship this season.
Leach came into the side after the opening two games and has scored 242 runs at an average of 60.50.
His highest score to date was 95 in the home victory over Somerset.
Leach has also taken 18 wickets in his three matches and would be also top of the bowling averages but for occasional bowler Alex Gidman's one wicket.
Unsurprisingly, Ben Cox is the leading run-getter so far in 2015 after his consistent performances with the bat.
The county wicket-keeper has amassed 354 Championship runs at an average of 44.25 including a career best 109 against Somerset.
Director of Cricket Steve Rhodes said: "People don't really understand the work that goes into getting into good form
"Ben has been putting in a hell of a lot of time in the nets and deserves to get some runs because he has put the work in."
Charlie Morris is the leading wicket-taker with 22 from five games as he continues the excellent form of last season which brought him 52 Championship victims.
He returned his best ever match analysis of 9-109 against Somerset.
