Worcestershire bowling coach Matt Mason believes paceman Charlie Morris will thrive on the challenge of trying to replicate in 2015 the form he demonstrated during his first full campaign at New Road.
The county's Players' Player and Young Player Of The Year Morris picked up 52 LV = County Championship wickets during the 2014 season.
Hereford-born Morris played all 16 matches in the competition and retained a consistency of performance that seldom dipped.
And Mason has faith in the now 22-year-old when it comes to tackling the task of sustaining the levels he produced last summer.
Mason, who is also the county's assistant coach, said: "I think Charlie has got a different attitude and a different mindset to most young men of his age.
"It is easy to forget how young Charlie is because he has got such a professional attitude.
"He has got such a way about him that nothing can't be overcome so I think he will see the second year as a challenge.
"He'll have people telling him that 'he had a great first year and can he sustain it?' and Charlie's anwer would be 'definitely, yes'
"He'll do everything he can to make sure that happens."
Mason admitted: "Charlie surpassed any expectations we all had last year.
"I can't remember the last time a 21-year-old seamer did what he did and played every game and produced that level of performance."
