In accordance with the decision of the 2017 AGM, the election of members to the Board has been delayed so as to facilitate a change in the Board Year to 1st April to 31st March following.
Under the current Rules, two of the six Elected Board Members are required to retire by rotation and therefore Mr Tim Jones and Mr Paul Pridgeon (both being eligible for re-election) will do so next year.
Members wishing to seek nomination to the Board are advised that the relevant information and forms have been available at the Club Offices since Friday, 1st September 2017.
The closing date for receipt of completed forms will be 1st December 2017 and should a ballot be necessary this will be held early in the New Year.
