Skipper Daryl Mitchell and paceman Chris Russell were Worcestershire's highest run-scorer and wicket-taker respectively in the final national NatWest T20 Blast averages for the 2014 campaign.
Opening batsman Mitchell scored 372 runs in 13 innings with three half centuries at an average of 37.20.
Surrey's Jason Roy was the leading run-getter in the competition with a new record of 677 at an average of 48.35 with nine fifties.
Russell, who recently signed a new two year contract at New Road, claimed 16 victims in his eight appearances for the Rapids.
Birmingham Bears spinner Jeetan Patel topped the wicket-taking charts with 25 victims.
