Daryl Mitchell produced a stunning all-round performance for Brockhampton in their 166 run triumph over Bridgnorth in the Birmingham League Premier Division Two fixture.
The Worcestershire opener struck 126 of Brockhampton’s 275-6 in 55 overs and then took the new ball and returned figures of 17-3-39-7.
Mitchell shared in stands of 132 with Adam Hewlett (62) and 91 with Param Uppal (57) before he was third out at 239.
His 146 ball knock contained two sixes and 10 fours before he was bowled by County team-mate Charlie Morris (14-1-54-1).
Mitchell bowled unchanged and he returned the ‘favour’ to Morris by dismissing him for one as Bridgnorth were dismissed for 109 in 34 overs.
His Worcestershire colleagues Ollie Westbury and George Rhodes also struck centuries for Himley and Barnard Green respectively in Division Two.
Westbury was unbeaten on 106 from 130 balls with 14 boundaries as Himley overcame Leamington’s 204-9 and won by six wickets.
He put on 96 for the first wicket with Greg Wright as Himley reached their target in 47.1 overs. Westbury had also earlier taken three catches.
Rhodes also went in first as Barnards Green obtained a winning draw against Halesowen at Seth Somers Park – the venue for the Worcestershire Seconds-Derbyshire Seconds Championship match starting on Wednesday.
He made exactly 100 from 117 deliveries with one six and eight fours as Barnards Green reached 251-5 in 55 overs.
Rhodes picked up one wicket for 10 runs from three overs as Halesowen closed in 169-8.
County wicket-keeper batsman Alex Milton made 65 but was on the losing side for Bromsgrove.
Milton went in at number four and top-scored in his 94 ball innings which included nine fours.
But Bromsgrove were bowled out for 175 in pursuit of Harborne’s 209.
Brett D’Oliveira (8.1-1-24-1 and 12 not out) was part of the Ombersley side – along with Ross Whiteley and Josh Dell – which overcame Tamworth’s 167 in a seven wicket success.
In Division One, Dillon Pennington claimed the final two wickets as Shrewsbury edged out West Bromwich Dartmouth by two runs.
The fit again Worcestershire paceman had earlier made a crucial contribution in a low scoring game of 32 batting at number seven of Shrewsbury’s 157 all out.
In a tense finish, Pennington returned to the attack to knock back the ninth Dartmouth wicket on 134 and then Manraj Johal (32).
His final figures were 9.2-1-39-2.
Worcestershire CCC coach Andy Sutton (3-54) and Academy player Zain Ul-Hassan were part of the Barnt Green side toppled by 91 runs by Moseley (262-7).
