In the second Under-19 Test at Northampton, Worcestershire duo Joe Clarke and Ed Barnard shared a fifth wicket partnership of 39 against South Africa.
Wicket-keeper Clarke made 29 off 79 balls with five fours before he was fifth out at 298 and Barnard (15) was dismissed 17 runs later.
New Zealand 'A' batsman Colin Munro, who was part of Worcestershire's NatWest T20 Blast side, made 15 in the clash with England Lions at Bristol as part of the triangular series also involving Sri Lanka 'A'.
Munro will be back at New Road on Tuesday when the series reaches a conclusion with the Lions-New Zealand 'A' encounter.
Worcestershire spin star Saeed Ajmal failed to pick up a wicket on the third day of Pakistan's opening Test with Sri Lanka in Galle.
Saeed finished with figures of 29-7-76-0 as Sri Lanka reached 252-2 by stumps in reply to Pakistan's 451 all out.
