Worcestershire CCC supporters are being given the chance to accompany the players on their pre-season trip to Abu Dhabi in March as they prepare for the challenge of LV = County Championship Division One cricket in their 150th anniversary year.
The County will be repeating the trip of 2014 when they played a series of T20, 50 over and two day games against New Zealand, Derbyshire, Holland and Ireland in addition to undergoing warm weather training.
Now for 2015 Worcestershire have collaborated with Etihad Holidays to offer supporters the opportunity to watch the squad in action in a two day red ball game, two 50 over and two T20 matches.
It is an ideal chance to dust off those winter blues with a combination of sunshine and watching your favourite county in action.
Derbyshire CCC will again provide part of the opposition for Director of Cricket Steve Rhodes and his squad with other opponents to be confirmed for the county who fly out on March 4 and return on March 14.
It will be the first chance for supporters to see exciting new signing and top notch batsman Alex Gidman from Gloucestershire in action for his new county.
Supporters will depart early on March 6 from London Heathrow and fly back on March 14.
The package includes flights, transfers, eight nights accommodation including breakfast at the Radisson Blu hotel, match tickets and transport to and from games plus an exclusive team dinner with the players.
The cost of the package is £1,255 per person – based on two people sharing – and £1,680 per person (single room).
