The Worcestershire Association of Groundsmen will hold their annual general meeting on Wednesday November 18 at Stourport Sports Club, Kingsway, Stourport DY13 8BQ
After the AGM, there will be a question and answer forum relating to any cricket ground issues.
Worcestershire CCC head groundsman Tim Packwood will be in attendance to give professional advice.
Tim joined the county staff in 1989 as an assistant to the then head groundsman, Roy McLaren from whom he admits he learnt everything about the art of groundsmanship.
He replaced Roy in his current role at New Road in 2001 and has been at the helm ever since.
All cricket clubs are invited to attend this meeting which gets underway at 7.15pm.
