Four members of the Worcestershire Supporters' Association will be up for re-election at the 2017 Annual General Meeting on August 6.
The quartet whose current term of office is due to expire are Dave Kennedy, Bob Scott, Ken Crump and John Weston.
The AGM will be held in The Marquee at the close of play and anyone wanting to be nominated for election to the committee should make their intentions clear to Association chairman Andrew Jenkins SEVEN days before the meeting.
On the same day – the first of the Specsavers County Championship match with Sussex – the Association will stage one of their popular lunches in the Marquee.
More than 110 Association members and their guests have already confirmed they will be attending.
The price is £25-00 for Association members and £27-50 for non Association members and includes ground admission for the day.
The Association currently boasts 123 annual members and 39 new life members.
The first of the Association's four Fifty-Fifty draws has already taken place – with prizes ranging from £50 to £500 – and this season's competition has attracted around 660 members.
But it is still possible to enter for the remaining three draws at a cost of £20 and application forms can be downloaded via the Worcestershire CCC website.
Also running is the Super Raffle instigated by Dave Kennedy and the draw being made at the end of season awards dinner.
Tickets cost £5 each and the prize is a 2018 club membership, two tickets for the 2018 Chairman's Lunch and a picture taken with the 2018 squad on media day.
The Association Shop continues to trade at the back of the D'Oliveira Stand and sales of merchandise are comparable to last season.
The Ken Mills Memorial Fund will be closed at the end of the 2017 season and it currently holds approximately £20,000.
The Association will again be represented with a table at the club's annual Memorabilia Day in The Marquee on August 28.
It is intended to try and sell the memorabilia left to the Association by Ken Mills at the Memorabilia Day with the exception of that donated to Heritage Group co-ordinator Tim Jones to exhibit in the Hick Pavilion.
The potted history of the Supporters'Association collated by Andrew Thomas – author of Pears 150 – is available to purchase for £5 for non Association members from the shop.
It is free to Association members but must be collected from the shop.
