RHODES AND TWOHIG INCLUDED FOR 50 OVER ENCOUNTER WITH THE BEARS

Worcestershire revert to white ball mode today when they take on Warwickshire in a 50 over friendly at Edgbaston (11am start).

First team coach Alex Gidman has brought in George Rhodes and Ben Twohig who did not feature in the two-day clash with the Bears.

They replace Daryl Mitchell and Charlie Morris who scored 55 and picked up two wickets respectively in what was an excellent work-out for the County.

Brett D’Oliveira will again skipper the side with Alex Milton keeping wicket.

The County have this game and the one against Gloucestershire on Monday at Kidderminster as part of their warm-up programme for next month’s Royal London One-day Cup.
