Worcestershire Seconds return to Championship action when they take on local rivals Warwickshire at Barnt Green today (Tuesday) in a three-day fixture.
Club captain Joe Leach will continue his comeback programme after returning the impressive figures of 6-28 from 20 overs in last week’s drawn Championship encounter with Lancashire at Northern CC.
Included in the Seconds side is former Leicestershire and Sussex batsman Angus Robson – the brother of England opener Sam Robson.
Robson, 27, last played first class cricket at Hove during the 2017 season.
He has signed onto play for Kidderminster in the Birmingham Premier Cricket League this season.
Josh Dell will be looking to repeat his excellent form against Lancashire when he carried his bat for 131 not out and was included in the squad for the Royal London One-Day Cup game with Derbyshire Falcons yesterday.
