Century-maker Tom Kohler-Cadmore says having all the Worcestershire players making a contribution is a key factor in their fine start to the campaign.
Kohler-Cadmore hit 118 in the Rapids Royal London One-Day Cup win over Yorkshire Vikings at New Road which lifted them to the top of the North Group.
But once again there were several players able to step up to the plate and ensure Worcestershire maintained their unbeaten start in all competitions.
Daryl Mitchell hit 69 and picked up three wickets, Joe Leach and John Hastings put together a crucial lower order stand while Brett D'Oliveira delivered another tight spell with the ball backed up by some excellent seam bowling and fielding.
Kohler-Cadmore, who struck five sixes and 10 fours in his 119 ball knock, said: "We've got a good bit of momentum going now.
"We are obviously unbeaten this year, which is a good habit to be in, winning, and it's one of those that throughout the season, if we can keep on doing that, we will be at the top end of each table.
"That's what we want to do. We want to get to the top of this group and then push on and win competitions.
""Everyone is doing their bit, playing their part which is nice. Obviously in white ball games, if the whole team can chip in, it gets you a big score like today and 340 was too much (for Yorkshire).
"Then our bowlers bowled brilliantly and even the sixth bowler, Mitch, had a three-for. Everyone is chipping in with wickets, and fielders are doing their job as well, which is why we are winning games."
An opening stand of 135 in 22 overs between Kohler-Cadmore and Mitchell laid a perfect foundation.
Kohler-Cadmore said: "Myself and Mitch, when we were first talking in the middle, we said about 250 (was a par score) and it was just one of those pitches where we felt it was quite tough for the lads coming in to get their singles.
"That is why we did well in the field. We got good dot balls, forced the big shot and then you have to take that chance.
"But luckily for us I was there so, with the new guys coming in, I could try and take a bit of pressure off them and so we always had one mainstay at the wicket for the majority of the innings.
"Then Hasto (John Hastings) and Leachy (Joe Leach) came off at the end and smote it around which was good."
Kohler-Cadmore had asked to play in yesterday's Second Eleven Trophy game against Derbyshire at Kidderminster and warmed up for the Vikings clash by hitting 121.
He said: "I've felt in really good touch but just haven't really spent anytime in the middle since my hundred (at Cardiff) really.
"I just wanted to try and bat some balls and luckily I batted 30 overs, got a hundred which was nice, and didn't use all the runs up yesterday which was nice.
"It gave me a bit of confidence. I don't think scoring a hundred is ever going to hurt you.
"It is always nice to score a hundred isn't it and probably I needed to score some runs with Mo (Moeen Ali) coming back in and Mitch doing well."
