Following the unfortunate cancellation of Friday night’s NatWest T20 Blast match against Lancashire Lightning due to poor weather, please see the below options for ticket holders:

First thing is to keep your ticket!

You may use your ticket for another match day this season, and whilst it doesn’t say so on your ticket, we are happy for you to use the ticket for one of our remaining three T20 matches.

Alternatively, to obtain a refund please post your tickets into the Club with a cover letter requesting a refund. If you purchased via credit/debit card, please provide a contact number for us to call you on to process your refund. If you purchased via any other method, please include your bank details for us to process your refund.

Please be aware that refunds will not be processed instantly if dropping tickets in to the Club in person and refunds will not be processed if you call in. Due to a likely high volume of requests we ask for your understanding in any delay you may experience, we will endeavour to process all refunds as soon as possible.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER 30th SEPTEMBER 2017 UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
